DUTCH DOORS..so charming!


My daughter bought this lovely old home. It belonged to a famous author,
Emilie Barnes. We spend our holidays here and it is just lovely. Usually there are close to fifty people at a time. Such a wonderful history this home has!

  2. ooo, I have always been totally in love with Dutch Doors..my daughter has one and I just love it...
    What a lovely home this is...all these photos makes me want to see more...and, I have a MC tea kettle like that one and I love it, too..
    Oh, and the red and white quilt...hahaha...EVERYONE loves that quilt...I first saw it at Cherry Hill (my dream place) and then Penny at Lavender Hill showed us hers...I ran to Penney's and bought one and now my daughter and daughter in law both want one...
    Don't we love our quilt !!! ;O)
