|
Little corner sink |
I am always going to clear things off ..but somehow I never do..
|
Just enough room to make toast...that's all we need.. |
|
The view from standing next to the red Kitchen Aid mixer you just saw. |
|
Little island I bought from JC Penny's... |
|
Nice little cooking area but I keep dreaming of an old 50's range there! Ah well... |
|
Other side of the little island. |
|
I wanted you to see my cheeries ...again...painted on. I was REALLY into cherries once. Still love them! |
|
A favorite of mine in this fifties kitchen is this little yellow oven. It's tiny...but again...I just love it! |
|
View toward the garage door. I should probably clear off the magnets?? |
|
Some day I will remove those magnets...but right now...some have just appeared... |
|
The bowl is Mosser..red glass that I love... also the butter dish on the counter...LOVE THAT STUFF. |
|
Just stuff......you know.... |
|
My spooner. I think my most convenient thing! |
So..there you have it. My kitchen. My contribution to Shelia's PAR TAY!!!
ALL DONE!
Kitchen hugs!
Mona

Lovin your 50's kitchen...my favorites are that awesome oven and that cute island! Thanks for taking me on the tour:)
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Linda
Mona, love your kitchen and all of your wonderful accessories. As you have seen in my kitchen, clearing everything off the counters and putting them somewhere is not my strong suit. Your kitchen looks so warm and inviting. Hugs, Marty
ReplyDeleteMona, I love the vintage look of your homey, red kitchen! Amazing built-in oven, too. You have what I call organized clutter- I wish I could do it- but I put it all in my pantry instead. I need room to cook! LOL Whenever I add things to the counter, they end up staying only a short time, even though I'd like them to stay longer.... Something about being compulsively clutter-less! hugs, Sue
ReplyDeleteHi Mona,
ReplyDeleteI love your kitchen, especially those painted cabinets. Did you do them?
Please come and check out my book giveaways.
G'morn Mona ~ What a bright, warm & delightful kitchen. I love the punches of red & the painted cabinet doors. Got that teapot on ... I'm on my way over.

Hi, Mona! I woke up wwwaaaayy to early today so am catching up on visiting a few of the blogs I used to haunt daily.
ReplyDeleteYour kitchen is delightful, I love all the red and I can tell it's the heart of your home and a happy place to be. I've always loved red in a kitchen and after 3 years still miss the red walls I had in mine in Arizona. This kitchen in Virginia is too dark (not enough windows) or I would probably paint it red too.
Off to make a pot of coffee to keep me going. Otherwise I'm going to need a nap today after rising so early.
Take care!
Di
I missed seeing your kitchen, didn't get around to all of them! Glad I found it now! It's very warm and inviting! I like the painting on the side of the island (by the stools!)
ReplyDeleteI also posted my tea room kitchen!
