~Fairy Garden's visit~

Have a wonderful weekend...and happy garage sales!

The Fairy garden's first visitors..made it all worth while...

My grandson, Kyle, and my little neighbor girl, Ashley, immediately begin to check things out.

Oh look!  (Kyle discovers the tiny sleeping kitty in a flower pot...

Lots to look at and Kyle just discovered a tiny Fairy sitting on a large hidden rock.

My new Hens and Chicks plant is doing great...

Now that was fun!  Even the adults had fun poking around and peering into and under flowers.

What a nice afternoon...

I'm beginning to think about making another little garden..but haven't found the container I would like to use.

The wheelbarrow is so handy because it can be moved about so easily...
Two of the places I bought plants from are Wee Tree's and Two Green Thumbs.  Both were delightful to order from..and the plants arrived in wonderful condition..and fast!

Love,
Mona  :)

(cough, cough!)

Anytime I see a fairy garden I think of Anne of Green Gables :) Your grandchildren are just precious!

It is great seeing your grandson and neighbour enjoying all the hidden things in the garden. The looks on their faces says it all.

Hope you are feeling better today - oh, it is even worse to have a cold in the summer. I am sure by the looks of delight, the kids truly had fun searching through the fairy garden. Love the baby hens n chicks - love all the beautiful colours in your garden. Mother Nature is very pleased with you :)

I knew that would be a hit! So cute and those kiddos make it even cuter! Some nice smelling herbs would be cool..every time someone moved a plant to peek for treasurers a sweet smell of herbs would greet them. Have a wonderful weekend. I know you'll post all your super buys for us!

I hope you continue to feel better Mona. Oh I bet your fairy garden is a for sure show stopper. That was just such a clever idea to put that in a wheel barrel. It looks like the kids were getting a kick out of it. Have a nice weekend!

Mona, I too fill a wheel barrel with flowers...I plant annuals (actually seed) then harvest, dry the seed & use it with new the following year! My grand daughters love looking for my "treasures"...:)JP
