This is Emily. She is my eldest Grandson, Adam's tiny daughter and recently turned two years old. There is an older photo on my sidebar.

This is Grandson Adam at the same age. Other than the coloring they look so much alike. Adams eye's were and still are green. I am always struck by how alike they are. Even their behavor at that age is similar.
Emily has her mother, Christina's coloring...and it is gorgeous!
I had him a lot when he was a baby because his daddy was in college and his mommie worked. When Emily was born, Adam called me and said "She is yours, Grandma..I give her to you!" In essence what he was saying was.."I love you!"
I understood!

ReplyDeleteI teared up over Christmas presents last year and had to explain, for I had just opened a picture of our Little Grand, with her Daddy's picture in the background, smiling over her shoulder.

That is the most beautiful child!! She is breathtaking! I bet she is a pretty as she looks too:-)

Mona, She is one of the most beautiful children I've ever seen! Her dark hair, creamy complexion and those eyes!! If they remain as she gets older, I see many titles ahead for her! "There she is, Miss America....."

I've been MIA in Brownsville Tx with my Daddy who has battled a rare form of Leukemia for almost three decades. Wed. evening he lost the battle but he no longer has to suffer. For that I am happy.
