~WHAT?? MORE CHANGES???~

Right!  I have spent the last hour and a half trying to download photos..only to have them disappear...oh...and that was before they turned out to be two different sizes though I only checked one size on all of them.  Yes, and I also clicked on "preview" and jumped back as it came up with a HUGE  "PREVIEW" sign stretched across the corner like the ones on MISS AMERICA!!

So...I started over.  yep..and over again!  So..I have finally given up.  NOT that it was that great of a post...just about dolls etc...but still....WHY does it have to be so much trouble.  I had just learned to do it better (with Di's  (The Blue Ridge Gal) help, and now I am back to square one.

I have tried to read up on how to get my Blog list back... I've been told I am following way too many blogs..so I tried to delete the ones that have stopped blogging..etc. etc.  In the process I hit a wrong button and every single blog on my side bar is GONE!  GONE!!!!   GONE!!!!!!
So..it is nearly midnight and I have no post...no photo's posted ..no NOTHING!  What on earth did Blogger do??  I don't get it....
I'm going to bed.

Piddle on the whole blogging thing.

Yeah..hugs to you ...(grumble, grumble, grumble, cuss, cuss, cuss!!!)

I was going to be making some changes fairly soon but now I'm kinda SKEARD! I's SKEARD I say! :(

So...now I'm thinking I'll just wait a few days before I try anything new...maybe by then you'll figure out what YOU DID WRONG and I can learn from your MISTAKES! :)

hahahahahha

Sweet Mona,

FIRST - we LOVE your background, it is so refreshing and promises the coming of fall. Now, just breathe....yep, this blogging can be frustrating but sometimes just walking away and trying again at a later time works. The key word being SOMETIMES. Smile, we love you to pieces. Your Blog is ALWAYS lovely.

Would have loved to read about the dolls, but that may come at a later time.

Heaps of Hugs

Hi Mona,
You are not the only person having trouble with Blogger. A friend is too and she is just as frustrated as you are. I think the advice of walk away for a few days might be a good one. I hate it that you've lost your blogs you follow. Please don't lose me!!! lol
Hang in there. I love your blog.

Hi Mona....I think everyone has had problems in one way or another. I started blogging to have fun and I walk away and leave it alone when it starts to get frustrating. Clear your head, and take a deep breath and let it go until you feel ready to tackle it again. You are in good company!~Hugs, Patti

So it is You that have all problems now! Over here it is calm for the moment. But I to get that hughe preview sign :-) :-) The blog comes very far down after that. But it took some time until I realised that :-) No problem with the photo sizes here either. But we´ve had our problems before so I hope it has calmed down now.

Have a great day now and I cross my fingers and hold my thumbs (not easy to do at the same time :-) ) for good luck to You!
Christer.

OMG, I had my blog list disappear a couple of times when I first started blogging, but (cross my fingers, knock on wood), it's been a while since I've had Blogger problems.
Hang in there Mona, reboot the computer and maybe everything will magically reappear.

I wish we could all sit down together and help each other! Of course my hubby would have to be wedged in the middle of all of us! He keeps me going. I use Windows Live Writer for all of my posts now. You write it out and load pics and then publish it to Blogger. Brenda at the Cozy red house got me started on that and she has some tips on blogging each week. We are ALL still learning, my friend! It's frustrating...I KNOW! HUGS to you this morning! Wish you could walk with me....I have a feeling it would be a fast power walk! lol HUGS!!! ♥♥♥

Good morni' Mona the Grouch! Heeehehehe! I'm sayin...the other day when I tried to post Angel's story I loaded the pics and wrote the post as usual. The pictures would show on my edit sheet but when I hit post....gone, blank, no pics. I spent the whole dang day tryin' to get 'em up. I finally deleted everything and started over. I don't know what's up but I've ran across others having the same problems so it's a blogger thing. I always take it personally. :o)

I sure hope you day goes better today and it's just heaped full of special blessings for a special gal!

Don't give up, Mona!! I love your blog. I haven't had any problems but lately I have been hearing of pictures disappearing as well as blogs I follow. Hopefully this is only a temporary problem. Hang in there!!

How is it that something that give us such pleasure, can also give us such misery!!!!! Hugs back and it's always wonderful to hear from you --- pictures or no pictures!

Piddle? LOL! I am laughing over here because I have had the same problems with my pictures in posts. Huge, or strangely placed pictures and posts that flop...hence the reason for the delay between my posts. I end up giving up and visiting instead :)

Hugs,
Dena

This is precisely why I left Blogger over a year ago and use Live Writer for all my posting. It is so much easier and there are so many more options to use. You should check into it, Mona. I recently helped a blogging buddy set it up via telephone conversation. It was fun, but it DID take me 3 hours to run through everything with her. We even did her first post with it. Let me know if you're interested. You will keep your sanity if you start using it! "Piddle" cracked me up!
hugs, Sue

I type my blogs into notepad first. This way I can save them. Then I paste them into my blog and if it goes poof! I still have it and dont have to rewrite it. Eventually I get it right. When I do I delete it from notepad. Sometimes I do several blogs at once this way. Then I have some for the times my brain dries up. :)

I see your blog list is up so things must be going better! It's been busy here but I'm trying to get some posts together. I'm working on a little fairy garden on my front porch. I never knew fairies were so popular until I started blogging! My mom told me as bored kids they would be told to go look for faires. She never told me that, I guess by then it was "go watch tv"!

Hope the blog fairie kee the blog gremlins at bay for you!
Hugs,
Dawn
