~A MOMMY AND HER BABIES..~

Here we are nearly to the end of March and I made all that noise about getting started early on Spring and Easter decor..and my crates have not been touched...

Well, actually I "touched" them today, but that's as far as I got.
This sweet cookie jar Mommy Bunny is something I found on Ebay and I think she and her little family are adorable.

I really AM trying to get in the swing of things..but keep dawdling.  Even my silver needs a good polishing and I keep putting it off.  This  mommy bunny is by Fitz and Floyd.

I did work at getting the dining room table set up....a bit.  Due to circumstances, I don't think I will be going "all out" this year..but I will do a bit.  It's something I love to do and I miss not feeling like doing it.
You know?   If you know me well, you know I never do anything "a bit."
So anyway...don't you think she is a cutie??    Yeah.  Me too!!  :)

My love to you,
Mona

P.S  I never wait until I get everything done and presentable...I always get in such a rush to share!
*Sheesh!!*

  1. Oh Mona, I love the cookie jar, she is beautiful.
I unpacked one Easter/Spring crate and most of it is sitting on my dinning room table. Shame on me.
I just can't get into the swing of anything. I need a good kick in the pants LOL Maybe a few days before Easter I will finish it.
Hope you are feeling better since you bout of stomach virus.
    Have a great Spring weekend.
    Hugs

  6. HI Ya Mona - What a beauty of a bunny with her babies. I know there is not an occasion that goes by that you do have something to decorate with. It looks lovely sitting on top of the lace. Bunnies, eh, we're still waiting for all the snow to disappear. More snow yesterday and more expected over the next 5 days. Winter certainly came in like a lion and its going out like a real angry lion. Can you get Mirror Guy to hold that big mirror up and reflect the heat rays from your California SUN towards us to help melt the snow. Tell him I said "Thanks a bunch". he,he Hope you are feeling better from your "bout with stomach virus". Take care, n hi to PH :)

  11. Beautiful, beautiful bunny cookie jar. It's probably the nicest one I've seen. I haven't done much to decorate for the holiday either. I think all this snow has gotten me down. Maybe when I see some grass and flowers I will feel more like it. Don't worry about decorating. You've been sick. And if I know you, you will be all decorated in plenty of time.

  20. Mona - I LOVE that piece. It looks like a Fitz and Floyd piece. It is just GORGEOUS. I am not a "little bit" kind of person either but I have had to do that a few times in the last couple of years with everything going on. xo Diana

  21. The cookie jar is so beautiful. Easter is late this year so you still have plenty of time to decorate or to not decorate. Just enjoy the warm temps for us up north. HUGS
